On December 16, 2010, the Public Utilities Commission rubber stamped the plan to end affordable energy in Colorado. Our thanks to all who weighed in to support the CMA and its efforts. The battle is not over, so please watch for additional news on CMA's actions posted to this web site.
Coal miners deserve better; consumers deserve better, Colorado deserves better. Let’s keep coal in the energy mix.
