Henderson employees work at Habitat

September 4, 2007 - 8:18 AM

Several employees from the Henderson Mine and Mill volunteered for a Habitat for Humanity of Grand County home in Hot Sulphur Springs recently.  Employees pitched in, helping to build exterior walls on the first floor of the future home of the Hardman family.

The Henderson Mine and Mill produces approximately 30,000 tons of ore per day.  The mine is located near Empire, and the mill is located on Ute Pass south of Parshall.

The mill employees approximately 150 people in the Grand and Summitt County areas.
